Apparently French neurologist Jean-Martin Charcot once gave a lecture (in 1888) in which he described Trump’s very posture as one of the main symptoms of so-called “frontotemporal dementia.”

Other symptoms include:
- increasingly inappropriate social behavior;
- loss of empathy and other interpersonal skills. For example, not being sensitive to another person’s feelings;
- lack of judgment;
- loss of inhibition;
- lack of interest, also known as apathy. Apathy can be mistaken for depression.
Not being able to drink water with one hand also points towards the same neurological spot.
I will give you a little different answer than most.
Trump wears 3-inch silicone lifts in his shoes to make him seem taller. They look like this and were once sold under the “Trump” brand.

We know that Trump wears them because of his height comparison with Obama.

This originally started when Trump wished to claim that he was not obese. The easiest way to do this is to simply lie about his height. From all accounts, Trump is only about 5′ 11″ tall. This illustrates how insecure Weird Grandpa Trump really is.

But those lifts cause problems. There are not much of an issue going up or down steps or going up ramps, but going down ramps causes serious issues since it effectively increases the height of the lifts. It is so bad than when going down a ramp that lacks handrails, Trump requires assistance.

This also causes a major difference in arm swing. You will notice that Trump’s arm swing is well forward of what you usually see. In other words, his arms go unusually toward thew front and unusually little to the rear. This is also caused by the lifts. And sometimes when he is standing his balance seems to be markedly off.
