The Chinese military is far stronger than the US military. They have the best aircraft carriers with planes so powerful they they burn the deck when they takeoff.

Why waste time with research and development when they can copy others and order items at bargain prices from Temu, wish, Alibaba etc… they have the best supply chain. No military is stronger then the Knockoff Army of China.
This is not a problem of strength, this is a problem of corruption.

The unit price is 280,000 US dollars.
This is the Desertcross 1000-3 all-terrain vehicle serviced in Russia army, priced at 18,000 US dollars each.
As a comparison, a US sidewinder missile costs more than 350,000 US dollars.
and such an jerry built electric cart could cost 100,000 US dollars.
Do not listen to anyone that has ties to the CCP or is a party member. They are full of it.
China has a lot of flash, very little FIRE. They have “manpower”, which in some scenarios matters, but then again, in Korea, ask the Marines how high they stacked up enemy dead to clear their fighting positions… Numbers aren’t everything.
China’s real “power” is in stealing. They steal any damn thing they can from anyone they can. I mean *anything*. Whether it is technology for a refrigerator in your kitchen or attempting to steal plans for the F-35 (and getting caught red handed). They don’t care. That’s about all they are good at. They don’t know SQUAT about how to actually FIELD a blue water Navy, much less use one in combat. Their ability to innovate is surprisingly limited given their actual resources and so called “technical prowess” (see my comment on stealing and figure out why they HAVE to steal, because they are TERRIBLE at making good stuff on their OWN right now and have been for decades). The US Military, along with a few other countries, and their military units, have actual recent combat experience. The Chinese war hawks would do well to keep their mouths in check before placing so many of their young men in wooden coats.
Now, having said that, no matter WHAT your advantages or disadvantages might be, what you do NOT do is go into any sort of armed conflict ASSUMING that you are going to win. You just don’t. Don’t believe me? Ask Russia. They thought they’d wipe the floor with Ukraine. After failing to take Hostumel airport, their lynchpin for the assault on Kyiv itself, they’ve been on a very tenuous footing ever since. That’s the world’s supposedly “second” best military getting their ass handed to them by Ukraine, who isn’t even ranked in the top 20 militaries (that I have ever seen…).
So no, they aren’t “stronger”, but if fighting ever broke out again between China and the US, the CCP would do well to hearken back to Korea and take those lessons on board before attacking a US military that is completely different than back then, and far more dangerous and experienced than China will be for decades.
