What those pictures show is a reconstruction effort for Stonehenge.
Over time, the stones that made up the circle fell, by the hands of both time and man, such as in 1797 when the southwest portion collapsed. Luckily, there had been plans of the site by Englishmen who had mapped it out prior. Even then, there was no real need or desire to do any major restoration work.

Stonehenge in 1877. Brings quite a meaning to the word ‘ruin’.
It wasn’t until 1958 where people felt the need to re-erect some of the stones, and at the same time had the ability to do it with ease.
Stonehenge has existed in records since the Middle Ages, including myths about how Merlin the magician was involved in its construction. We now know through archaeological data that it was built by Neolithic pre-Celtic people roughly 4 to 5,000 years ago.
I have no respect for the kind of people who warp and twist facts, either being too lazy to research the whole thing or deliberately concealing information out of mischief, and spread it around to people who don’t know any better to fulfill their own agenda. It makes me sick. What good reason would there be to fake something like Stonehenge? What of all the other stone circles that exist throughout Europe? It’s pointless, just like this conspiracy theory.
