Melania is not an idiot. (And, she hired excellent attorneys.)

But, it matters not to her…

Melania will only appear in public with her “husband” when Donald Trump pays her a butt-load of money for that single appearance — and then (if you have noticed) she will stay as far away from him, as possible, and then scowl. (Recently, when Trump tried to touch her, in any way — she would move away, or literally remove Trump’s hand from her body.)

If you see her in public, with Donald Trump — Donald Trump paid a LOT of money for that brief appearance. (Typically, it means an Inauguration, at a Convention — or something similarly huge.) That is why you rarely, rarely, rarely ever see them together. She is being paid a huge sum, for appearing with him. For a brief 15 minutes, or so…

Melania has not actually “lived” with Donald Trump in any way — since 2008. Look it up. That was some 17 years ago. When she signed her first Post-Nup, and moved into a suite (three complete floors) in Trump Tower in New York City, three floors below Donald Trump’s own Suite. That was 17 years ago.

Melania’s second Post-Nuptial agreement (signed in July 2017) ensured that she and Barron Trump are assured of a very , very, very nice income, for life — a very comfortable living — with the money coming from a third-party trust fund. Trump had to pay that, up front, in advance. They no longer have to live anywhere close to Donald Trump. So, they do not.

Even if Trump dies, tomorrow, or is sent to a prison, or has no more money — those monthly payments continue for Melania and Barron, as long as they remain alive. Because it comes from a Third-Party Trust Fund, and it has already been pre-paid.

Melania had Donald by the balls at that time. (From Jan of 2027 through July of 2017).

Journalists were asking Donald Trump every day at his Press Conferences why Melania had not yet moved into the White House. It had become a daily issue. A HUGE issue… since that had never occurred, with any other president. Never in history.

Melania’s attorneys had Donald Trump by the balls… and she and her attorneys knew it. Melania had no interest in moving into the White House. None. She refused to.

Trump then signed a new, second “Post-Nuptial agreement.” In July of 2017.

It assured Melania of a monthly income — for life. A very large income. As long as she kept her mouth shut. Donald Trump had to put all of the money up front, using a third-party Trust company, who even if Trump died, or went to prison, Melania would still get her nice monthly payments.

(Barron received the same guarantees., by the way. He can live where he wants, and stay as far away from Donald Trump as he wants. It is obvious, that he prefers to do so.)

That is now beyond beyond Donald Trump’s control. The money was paid in advance, and Melania and now Barron just receive their monthly checks, without fail. Donald does not control that. Until the day that she dies— and in Barron’s case, until the day that he dies. Life expectancies were factored in. (If she lives to be 123, those checks must keep coming…) Even if Donald dies tomorrow. Even if Donald goes to prison, tomorrow.

The agreement states that she (and Barron) cannot ever speak ill of Donald Trump, in any way. In speech, or in writing. Even after they are dead… (No Tell-All books, to be published after either of them dies, or even after Donald dies.) “In perpetutity.” Meaning, forever.

By the way, Melania Trump has never, ever, ever spent one night in the White House. Never.

That was also a part of the agreement. During either of Donald Trump’s two tenures in office. She currently lives in Florida, and she lives nowhere near to Mar-A Lago — in case you were curious. She was living in Maryland — during his first term, in a Condo, when Barron was in high school. That was a part of the agreement, in his new, “Post-Nup” agreement.

So she would be on call, for Marine II helicopters to get her to the White House — for an agreed upon number of times (four times per year? Based upon what followed.) That apparently all ended, when Trump lost his position to Joseph Biden.

Melania Trump currently lives in Palm Beach, Florida. On her own — now that Barron is attending college.

Melania remains legally married to Donald Trump, which was also a very strict requirement of her second Post-Nuptial Agreement, of July, 2017. Donald Trump can divorce HER. But, she cannot divorce HIM. Or, she loses her Trust Fund payments, for the rest of her life. And, Barron, loses his income, as well (!)

Both parties are of course free to pursue other romantic and sexual relationships, as long as those relationships remain very private. Discreet. (One slip up, from Melania — and the payments stop.) That was a part of the agreement. So, discretion is required.
