Trump’s most recent appearance in public was last Tuesday’s cabinet meeting, during which his right hand appeared to be bruised. And the day before, he was attempting to conceal his hands like a delinquent who’d been given detention for covering up graffiti on his desk. Then nothing. He went missing for 4 days.
There were no irate Fox propaganda strikes, no rallies, not even a golf sighting. Gone. And when others began to connect the dots while he was, the focus became the wobbly gait, the bruised hands, the swollen ankles, and even those odd digressions about heaven.
But he was well enough to send out pleas for donations. In his fundraising email, he states, “I want to try to get to heaven.” He appeals for campaign funding by citing eternal life.
Why the fuck is he banging on about attempting to reach heaven? He said, “People say I’m not doing well.” trump telegraphs everything. Furthermore, why was Melania Trump spotted at Walter Reed hospital?
The doctors probably told him that he wasn’t well, which is what triggered this deathbed conversion bullshit. Given who he is and his quest for the hereafter, it goes without saying that he must grift before he goes. And because of that, many of his followers are dead arse broke. That is his default setting. He is inherently malevolent.
For those old enough to recall, Granville Oral Roberts declared, “God’s not going to release me till you send me $2 million.” This is the same shit. Does trump think he can buy his way into heaven?
He’s reputed to be MAGA’s tough guy, but he seems to be barely there after apparently spending the weekend on the golf course. This supposedly ‘powerful alpha male’ wrote, “Never felt better in my life,” on Truth Social while ‘playing golf’ on Sunday. However, there isn’t a single confirmed video or picture of him playing golf in recent days. Not one.
It’s odd because if there’s one thing trump enjoys more than Diet Coke and yelling at reporters, it’s being filmed on the golf course. Yet he hasn’t addressed a camera in nearly a week. And for him, that’s not only extraordinary; it’s a record. He eats cameras and microphones for breakfast.
And just to make matters worse, his loyal lapdog, Dancin’ JD Vance, appeared on TeeVee and was asked, “Are you ready to assume the role of commander-in-chief? And why should Americans trust you to lead the country?” to which his response, without going into the pathetic details, was bloody frightening.
Nothing calms the public quite like a VP essentially practicing the president’s eulogy. It was far from reassuring — it was more like a Shark Tank pitch for his own presidency.
Damage control was initiated in MAGA world. However, one classic faux pas took centre stage when a user on Instagram wrote, “President Trump working on the big beautiful bill with the side of golf action. Thank you for all that you do. Real Donald Trump. Great seeing you.” He added applause and music.
The only problem with that video is that it was from June 28, 2025. Awkward.
Another video appeared saying, “Trump is alive and well and hitting pin straight bombs down the fairway. Suck it up, libs.”
I am all too aware that MAGA sucks at comprehension, but surely they know that Trump National in Virginia does not grow palm trees!
trump and his supporters have only made matters worse after his team attempted to conceal his health issues with what is undoubtedly the sloppiest cover-up we have seen from this administration to date.
Because when your proof of life is based on a stale old photo dump, you’re essentially acknowledging that you have nothing up to date to work with. And that is what we’re watching play out right now.
We’re all dying, one day at a time.
Trump is 79 and not in the best of health. I’m certain that he has chronic health issues common to many people his age and lack of physical fitness; if he has a terminal illness that is in its early stages, his doctors aren’t going to say anything, nor will his inner circle (even if they know), nor Trump himself. Such is the nature of politics. His predecessor, President Biden, was/is also suffering from the maladies of advanced age, but was/is in much better physical fitness.
Another contemporary example is Her Late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. There was no question she was old and frail. HM received Liz Truss, who had won the leadership of the Conservatives after the resignation of Boris Johnson, and in her official capacity as monarch, asked her to form a government in her name. There was no outward appearance that HM was two days away from her death, other than the signs of advanced age.
Suffice to say that Trump is going to play his health cards close to the vest; I would expect anyone in that office to do so. What he’s likely to do is try to hold onto power and force Vance and the Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment should he become unable to carry out the job. His ability to do so right now is highly questionable to some on account of perceived diminished mental capacity from advanced age.
